Proposal for a lower east side art gallery

This project required the renovation of a 5,000 sq. ft. live/work loft space for a family of four into a showroom space for a world-renowned art collector. A labyrinth of partitions was removed to reveal a well-proportioned exhibition space, lit by both incandescent and LED fixtures. Comfortably secluded beyond a custom steel and textured glass wall rests a pied-à-terre for visiting curators, art writers and friends.
