Located on a stepped bluff overlooking the Great Peconic Bay, this major addition and renovation converted a 5,000 sf stucco house into a 9,000 sf shingled seaside home. An abundance of windows and doors opens the 3-story interior to wood-decked terraces and waterside views, while the two-story street view speaks to the vernacular architecture of Long Island’s North Fork.  The interior finishes incorporate the colors and textures of the surrounding landscape, creating a visual continuity between inside and outside.
